Jo Weston

Jo started her journey in the world of Intelligence in 2001 when she joined the Royal Air Force as an Intelligence Officer.  Jo spent over 20 years involved in delivering Intelligence associated products, briefings and assessments within a vast array of situations.  From Operational tours in sandy climates, to supporting Exercise development and design with the US and NATO allies, through to training the future of the RAF Intelligence community.

Jo had the delights of training the international community in Imagery Intelligence ensuring the Imagery Intelligence Training was suitable for International Imagery analysts whilst in the comforts of their home country or whilst on Operational duty in high pressured, time sensitive environments.

She joined IMSL as an Intelligence Business Partner, supporting the Training and consultancy element, at a very exciting time as the Open Source domain gains significantly more traction and interest, and is looking forward to providing the IMSL Clients with advice guidance and training to solve and enhance their Intelligence Challenges.

Jo attempts to run around a hockey pitch and has been privileged to represent England Masters Hockey at both Indoor and Outdoor Hockey competitions, claiming the silver medal at the indoor World Cup in 2024 and an outdoor European Champion in 2023.
